CNN reports this: (CNN) – Perhaps the only man in the world who can explain why the Boston Marathon bombings took place is sedated with a tube down his throat, unable to speak. Suspect Dzhokar Tsarnaev was in serious but stable condition at a Boston hospital and cannot talk, Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick told reporters.
