It’s mid November. It will feel like mid-spring–and the skies above will be just as confused.. it’s not severe weather season but today will be severe in some places.
The threats in this area today include:
-Several intense tornadoes likely
-Several large hail events likely with a few very large hail events to 2" in diameter possible
-Several damaging wind gusts with a few significant gusts to 80mph possible.
That is strong wind.. and that severe weather.. And it is a dangerous situation brewing–hopefully one that will not happen as the NOAA predicts.

And keep in mind that major areas like Chicago and Indianapolis are facing tornado threats today.
