CREEPY CLOWNS ARE BACK..Julia Graham and her husband were driving by a Chicago-area cemetery at night when they saw a strange figure sprinting towards and then scaling a 7-foot fence.Then they realized it was a person in a clown suit. Moments later the clown started waving ominously at the couple.Graham sat down with CBS Chicago and said that she was “freaked out” by the weird behavior, but also disrespectful of the dead.
