I have been looking into this.. Fad/ Dud/ lame excuse for a lifestyle?
The low carb idea sounds interesting.. but I would love to really know if anyone out there has ever been in a constant form of ketosis to be able to tell me what this may actually feel like..?
But it also sort of goes completely against my whole food vegan(ish) diet I have been attempting to adhere to as of late..
Any thoughts would be great?
