At this point the full impact and damage from Hurricane Harvey is yet to be determined.. a few tidbits and glimmers of hope are coming.. and also a few image and tales of utter destruction. But that was only phase one: the wind.. Now comes the rain.. the rain.. the rain.. and the rain..
The storm maybe downgraded.. but it is still going to drop every ounce of water it can ..
