For those who follow the sometimes good show Coast to Coast AM, you may find some interest in this story.. Last night while hosting the Saturday edition of Coast to Coast AM, Ian Punnett announced to the audience that he is beginning to lose his hearing.

He said he has lost 45% of his hearing so far–also revealing that he gets headaches and little sleep. He questioned if his headphones through the years on his ears have led to the damage that occurred.

But the big news that rocked the late night paranormal radio world: He asked Coast to Coast staff to begin searching for a replacement .. He said he will reduce his hosting starting in January to once or maybe twice per month, instead of the regular weekly show.

Interestingly enough.. Ian Punnett also revealed something that perhaps George Noory would have wished he would have kept silent; When Art Bell retired (one of those retirements) a few years back, Ian Punnett was asked to be the permanent host. Punnett declined..eventually allowing Noory to take over the full time hosting of the show.
