A car was found floating in the Schuylkill along Kelly Drive near Fountain Green Drive about 11 p.m. Wednesday, police said.
No one appeared to be inside the car, but investigators were unsure whether a driver or anyone else was in the river
I suppose it’s just another typical Thursday night in Philadelphia…?
