Michael Pena to Star in Sony Horror Thriller ‘The Bringing’:
The script centers on a man (Pena) who is investigating a woman’s death set in the notorious and infamous Cecil Hotel. Brandon and Phillip Murphy wrote the initial script, which landed on the 2014 Black List and 2014 Blood List. Evan Dickson also worked on the project with the most recent draft being written by Kevin Kolsch and Dennis Widmyer, the duo behind the 2014 horror thriller Starry Eyes.
Matt Tolmach is producing as is Daniela Cristina Cretu. David Manpearl is also producing. Matt Milam and Dan Kagan is overseeing for the studio.
