The world is intrigued by Sean Penn meeting with El Chapo.. The Rolling Stone published the interview just as the drug kingpin was re-arrested. . The interview is bizarre. Controversial. People are angry at Penn. The issue even became a campaign talking point for Republicans on the trail, Marco Rubio today saying it was out of line but not illegal.
