Pet lovers and park lovers alike will combine their joys on October 3, 2021 for a fundraiser for the friends of Tuscarora and Locust Lake State Park .
Flyers are showing up in various locations in anticipation for the pet friendly event.
The hopeful goal of the day is to raise money to increase improvements such as trail maintenance and new signs, along with a blue bird monitoring program.
The entire affair will be free of charge.
Family friendly and leashed, well behaved dogs are welcome! There will be food, activities, vendors, and silent auction items to purchase – all with a proceeds going to the Friends of Tuscarora and Locust Lake State Parks.
