The general of Juneteenth

The Civil War ended in April 1865 and two months later, on June 19, 1865, Maj. Gen. Gordon Granger of the Union Army issued General Order No. 3 in Galveston, Texas, with Granger saying, “The people of Texas are informed that, in accordance with a proclamation from the Executive of the United States, all slaves are free.”

THE REAL 2020 PROPHET

Ten years ago when we were all worried about the coming Mayan calendar’s end, a Russian-American scientist who specialized in population biology and devises theories theorized that 2012 was “bullshit.”  He said 2020 was the REAL year to worry about.

And now, in the middle of the most tumultuous year in generations, perhaps the call of bullshit a decade ago was more spot on than we knew.
