Continue readingIn regards to the article you posted, in high school all my classes started switching over to reading and math courses geared to doing well on the state tests. That’s all we learned over and over. How to solve common questions on those tests. What we were learning bored me. It didn’t make me think. It required no real skill or thought process. It was the same shit over and over every year. Now wonder we are so stupid. I used to love learning before it became all about the state tests.
