Nothing is flawless. And certainly the response had mistakes. Did they do an impressive job given the circumstances? I suppose so. But it would depend on your ask, wouldn’t it.. The RED CROSS is doing some damage control.. but calling their response to SUPERSTORM SANDY ‘flawless’ is an incredibly huge leap
