Ii will note that the LA TIMES used the pickle pun. I didn’t like the pun but went with it, couldn’t think of anything else. I thought “Changing Demographics put Jewish deli buns on the run.” I also thought “You Say Tomato, I say Schmaltz-spread."
Either way, interesting story from the LA TIMES.
