This is a scene from Hershey Pennsylvania 7/4/17.. the fireworks show over the city turned disastrous as a fire developed from the presentation..
The fire was reported about 10:30 p.m. in the field that used to be home to the old airport, below the Hershey Gardens.
The fireworks were delayed while firefighters worked to put out the flames. The fire was declared “contained” by the fire chief shortly before 11 p.m.
The show had been going on for about 15 minutes before the delay. The remainder of the show was then cancelled, fire officials announced.
No one was reported hurt.
