Frozen sausage crashes onto Florida roof, origins unknown :
A Florida family discovered a new meaning of “mystery meat” when a loud noise on their roof turned out to be several packages of frozen sausage.
Travis Adair said he and his family woke up Saturday morning to a loud thud on the roof of their house in Deerfield Beach.
“It was like thunder, and it awakened me out of a sleep,” Adair told WPLG-TV.
The family soon discovered the cause of the sound – frozen packages of Italian sausage landing on their home.
Altogether 15 pounds of meat existed on their roof.
A meaty mystery.
