The day that terrorism flew over Schuylkill County

We have written a series of 9/11 articles over the past years since… That day we were all connected immediately.

Flags were flying on front porches across America, and likewise here in the coal region of PA..

But something else occurred that day that few of us truly realize..

While the World Trade Center towers burned and eventually fell to the ground, and parts of the Pentagon collapsed, Pennsylvania was touched with terror. We know about Shanksville… Flight 93 ended its sky travel near that Pittsburgh town..

But consider this… if you were alive and well in Tremont, Pine Grove, you were touched … The Bear Mountain area of Schuylkill County as well..

Places like Schuylkill Haven, the McKeansburg Hotel, and Auburn…

The flight path of the doomed Flight 93 went over all of these communities on that date..

All of the air above those homes and business were filled with murder and maybem as the plane traversed the skies above Schuylkill County.. we are told that hijackers seized control of the flight.. eventually Flight 93’s crash killed everyone on board.

So consider this.. while you were alive and well in your safe home, watching live coverage on TV or the rudimentary internet we had at that time, pilots and passengers were being targeted above our heads and a dark history was made..

All on that date.

All on 9/11…

  1. I call Bullshit! There was no plane crash at Shanksville. My cousin was the body man who collected the dead bodies from plane crashes in western PA. He stated that there was no plane, no bodies, no wreckage of any kind. Just a pile of garbage burning in a pit.

  2. I live near the Mason Dixon right near where the plane would have crossed over to go towards DC, lots of people here. Kinda scary to think about
