The memo details captured UFOs and humanoid bodies inside.. the memo has been the most viewed on the site since 2011 when a freedom of information request was able to get the document revealed.

And it’s so popular that now the FBI has commented officially on the memo, stating they never investigated and it was a third hand account of something.. And that it does not prove the existence of aliens..
