Rockport ‘barely standing’

CNN’s Nick Valencia is reporting from Rockport, Texas, which was directly hit by Hurricane Harvey.

“It looks like some of the worst damage I’ve ever seen,” he said.
Before Harvey hit, Rockport’s mayor was “encouraging residents to write their social security numbers and names on their forearms in case first responders had to recover their bodies,” Valencia said.
