This is the scene right now along the Pennsylvania turnpike, where up to 100 vehicles, or more, are piled up in a chain-reaction accident.. Follow it here.. There was a decision to LIFT speed restrictions along the highway–though it wasn’t even clear of ice and snow in portions!
