A new study confirms what we know:

People are having trouble sleeping, waking several times a night, or just can’t sleep at all.

46% said that avoiding the news has helped them sleep better.  40%read before bed.. 27% use sleep supplements .. 21% practice meditation or yoga, and finally 16% have sex..
